Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) outline the terms and conditions governing your use of Synier’s services. In this Agreement, “You” and “Your” refer to you as the user of our services, or any agent, employee, or person authorized to act on your behalf. “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Synier. By using our services, including account creation, purchasing, or accessing any features, you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Term of Agreement; Modification

Synier may modify this Agreement and the services it offers at any time. You agree to be bound by any reasonable changes made to this Agreement. Continued use of our services after any revisions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. This Agreement remains in effect as long as you continue to use Synier’s services.

Email Address

You agree to provide a valid and appropriate email address during registration. Synier reserves the right to deactivate or delete accounts deemed inappropriate, malicious, or in violation of our policies.

Privacy

Synier respects your privacy. We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or disclose your data except as required by law or to deliver our services.

Acceptable Use Policy

Synier’s Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), incorporated herein by reference, applies to all services. By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Transmit unsolicited commercial or bulk email, spam, or engage in mail bombing directed at Synier accounts.
  • Use disposable email addresses, temporary domains, or inappropriate usernames during registration.
  • Impersonate Synier staff or services through email addresses or usernames.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Synier servers, hosting environments, or other subscriber accounts.
  • Execute remote code, inject malicious scripts, or engage in illegal access to our systems.
  • Initiate denial-of-service attacks, port scans, or other invasive actions against our infrastructure.
  • Forge identities or deceive other users regarding your identity.
  • Send email attachments unless explicitly requested by Synier; unsolicited attachments will be deleted.
  • Engage in or instigate actions that harm Synier or its users, including but not limited to triggering DDoS attacks.

Synier reserves the right to monitor your account activity and take corrective action, including account termination and IP blocking, at our sole discretion. Our decisions regarding violations are final and binding.

Non-Exclusive Right to Use

If you have purchased or been granted access to Synier services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable right to use those services for lawful and customary purposes. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Third-Party Applications

Synier permits the use of certain third-party applications, such as VPNs and proxies, for privacy and convenience. However, we reserve the right to block IP addresses associated with these tools if they are used to harm our systems or other users.

Billing and Payment

All fees for services are subject to Synier’s current fee schedule. You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your account.

Subscription Termination & Cancellation Policy

Your agreement with Synier begins upon activation of services and renews automatically unless canceled. You may cancel by submitting a request to our billing department at least three (3) business days before renewal. Synier may terminate your account at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement or place unreasonable demands on our systems.

Refunds are available only for new accounts canceled within seventy-two (72) hours of initial purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Customer Support
  • Synier provides customer support at no additional cost for issues related to our services.
  • When contacting support, you agree to follow respectful communication standards and avoid abusive language.
Account Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials unless Synier initiates a password change for security purposes.

Trademark or Copyright Claims

Synier respects intellectual property rights. If we receive a valid notice of infringement, we may access, preserve, and disclose your data to address the complaint. Notices must include:

  • The electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location (e.g., URL).
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Legal Age

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

Final Agreement

This Agreement, including all referenced policies and modifications, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Synier. It supersedes all prior communications and agreements. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
